Ohio Attorney General Launches New Online Search Tool
Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost has a new tool to help protect consumers in Ohio. According to the Attorney General’s website, the new tool will “help consumers stay informed about enforcement actions” the Attorney General has filed “involving unfair and deceptive practices.” The search tool will allow consumers to discover information about a company before deciding whether to purchase goods or services from that company. In addition to finding out about lawsuits the Attorney General has filed, consumers can access copies of complaints and any judgement that may have been entered in the case.
