Low income persons residing in LAWO’s service area who are seeking legal help with eviction, housing conditions, return of security deposit, debt collection, car repossession, wage garnishment, or paternity may be able to schedule a time to chat online with an attorney about their situation.
This free and newly expanded service is available to low-income persons* who:
- Complete an application for legal help in person, by telephone, or online;
- Meet Legal Aid of Western Ohio’s income guidelines; and
- Have access to a computer with an internet connection
