As managing attorney of the Stability and Independence for Survivors Practice Group at LAWO, Lucinda oversees all work related to assisting domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and human trafficking survivor’s escape violence and create a safe and stable environment for themselves and their families through restraining orders, access to housing and economic stability, and immigration assistance. Lucinda participates in the Ohio Family Law Task Force, Family Law group, which is a collaboration of the Legal Aid attorneys in Ohio. Lucinda is a member of the planning committee to lead advocacy initiatives for the Ohio Task Force and Civil Protection Order committee.

Lucinda received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo, College of Law in May of 1997. Prior to joining LAWO In 2007, Lucinda had her own general law practice and served as a part-time public defender.
